Here I am creating texture pages to scan in and use in my illustrations. It basically involves taking ALL my art supplies out and making a giant mess — hopefully with some of it landing on the paper. Then there is hours of scanning and editing.

🍂🍁🍃 Ok, ok. I’m a little addicted to Disney Emoji Blitz—have you played? It’s a basic matching game but you get Disney emojis you can use in your texts.
Here’s a great one for fall - Grandmother Willow! 🍂🍁🍃
Fav things:
All the super-cute emojis. Also, there’s a ‘collection’ aspect about it that is very satisfying. Not just the emojis themselves, there is also a card-collection mini game plus a starlight collection mini game. I’m a sucker for collecting anything.
Annoyances:
A lot of the levels in the game are locked unless you have very specific emojis that you usually have to purchase. Lame.
BABY IN A BOAT
Who’s that baby in the boat? Me! This is a shot of my dad getting ready to take me and my mom out for a trip in the dinghy. Why? Well, we lived on a lightstation when I was younger, so we didn’t have a stationwagon. Instead, we took a picnic to the neighboring islands. No wonder I love the smell of the ocean…
